Here’s how the Loyalty Program Works
Let’s say, for example, you place a monthly AUD$100 Automatic Order:
Once you’ve achieved a 20% point accrual after just 3 months, maintain your status with a monthly AO to continue earning points and redeeming them for free products!
- During your first three months, an AO must generate each month for you to retain your earned points. Starting in month four, you’ll be eligible to either redeem or save those points. If you miss an AO, your earning percentage will reset to 0%. However, you will keep any points you’ve retained from the first three consecutive months and beyond.
- Loyalty Points will be calculated on the product purchase price only (excluding delivery charges).
- Your Automatic Order does not have to be the same dollar value. It just needs to generate for at least three (3) consecutive Months in order to redeem the Loyalty Points, and then every consecutive month thereafter.
