90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Mannaproducts stands behind the quality of its products and your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you try our product and are not completely satisfied, you may return it within 90 days from the date of purchase for an exchange or refund of the product price and applicable tax, excluding shipping.
The MAXIMUM refund amount for product refunds is AUD$500.
To return the used product for a refund, you must:
Email orders@mannaproducts.com.au to quote your order number, and we will give you instructions.
Comply with the instructions we will send you in conjunction with Mannatech on the return.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, any insurance, and tracking your return shipment package should it become necessary.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without first contacting Mannaproducts.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days. Please contact Mannaproducts to let customer service know that your refund has been approved by Mannatech via email at orders@mannaproducts.com.au.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
To return your product, you should first initiate the return as stated above by emailing orders@mannaproducts.com.au
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
